Don't be another statistic ... know your risk.
An assessment may motivate individuals to modify controllable risk factors such as smoking, physical inactivity and obesity, all of which may increase one's risk of stroke. A stroke risk assessment is not a diagnosis and does not exclude the need for one. An assessment does not take the place of a regular medical exam by a physician.
Appointment required. Please call 1-888-TENET-4-U to reserve your space at the convenient location near you. Space is limited.
Our stroke risk assessment includes:
• Personal/family medical history
• Carotid bruits (detection of turbulent flowing sounds heard on the
carotid artery.)
• Blood pressure measurement
